APIC Approach Plates are simple and intuitive to use along-side the APIC Moving Map software.. With the latest GPS technology and Approach Systems' geo-referenced Approach Plates data, your real-time location can be projected directly onto the chart.

All you need to run the APIC Approach Plates is:

• Tablet/PC or PDA with Windows XP/Vista or Windows Mobile
• Any current version of the APIC Software
• A GPS Receiver

Approach Plates and Airport Diagrams are viewable along-side the standard APIC Moving Map instumentation, making them very accesible and ideal for flying Features Include:

• Nearest Airport Selection Menu
• Airport Identifier Finder

Approach Systems uses the NACO NOS FAA Approach Plates, and releases a new revision every 28 days via internet download which includes 12,000+ charts for the United States. The Approach Plate downloads are available by region and in a single large download. All Approach Plates are geo-referenced and project your real-time GPS location on the horizontal and vertical let down sections of each Approach Plate.
